We were three days. We had a room with view to the sea, nice every morning and every night. The swimming pool good but it is required some maintenance, because some glasses around are without any support. Inside of the swimming pool some tiles are broken. All is clean and quite. Asian breakfast good. Restaurant good to have lunch or dinner. Staff was so polite with us. We booked room with breakfast but because a mistake it was not included by agency. We got a return of money of the breakfast with the agency, beside this with Expedia there is a 20% promotion discount in drinks and food.

I and my mom stayed here with my son. The hotel is at very good location. We booked a room 2 single bed, so comfortable and clean. Spacious room. Nice swimming pool and they have bathrobes in the room. Breakfast was really good, many different foods, even kids can enjoy many foods, also there is a separate area for vegetarians too. We enjoyed our stay here. We would love to stay again for our next visit.

I feel obligated to advise others that there are much better hotels in the area, I would not stay here again. Most importantly (before I provide my reasons), I would be wary of the positive reviews of this hotel. The hotel knew I was not happy with my stay and when I was checking out, they had the nerve to ask if they could help me write a positive review for the hotel. It's possibly illegal to leave negative reviews in Vietnam, so the hotel staff helping to write reviews to mislead others on Google is disturbing at the least!! As for the hotel, the breakfast was ok, a little basic compared to other hotels, but not terrible. The staff definitely did not seem to want to be there. In the room, I felt like I had to remind them to leave new toilet paper because the housekeeping service missed this twice. The shower would always drip a lot of water outside of the tub, I couldn't do anything to prevent this and even asked them to look at it, but it's just poor design. So the bathroom floor will always be wet. Also, getting in and out of the shower is no small task. It's very high, so you almost have to straddle the side of the tub like a horse to get in and out. Now, add a wet floor to the mix, and it's an accident waiting to happen! I also had to have the staff work on getting the shower water to be hot. It was never really hot, maybe warm at best. I booked one a high end room on the website and it was extremely dated. I felt like I was staying in a cabin in a camp site. The view was beautiful as it overlooked the water but it couldn't make up for the other issues. Overall, this hotel is very outdated and in need of major redesign and update! I think the staff know this and that's why they really try to do their part to make your stay enjoyable but they are just putting lipstick on a pig. Again, I was absolutely disturbed because never have I had a hotel offer to help me write a review. That's highly unethical and misleading. That's why I felt it was necessary to leave a 1 star review to balance things out in favor of the truth.
