I had a wonderful stay at serene nature and what truly made the experience outstanding was the amazing staff. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and treated with genuine kindness and professionalism. The front desk team/bell was incredibly helpful with check-in and always ready to assist with any questions. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, polite, and eager to help, which made my stay feel more like home. You can tell that the staff here truly care about their guests’ experience. Highly recommend this hotel—not just for the location or amenities, but for the top-notch service. I’ll definitely be returning! Above and beyond! Thank you guys!

The giggly fifties! This is a trip to Vietnam (with old friends from school) to celebrate our milestone birthday, and we booked to stay at the Serene Nature Spa & Hotel for 5 nights for 8 people. The experience of our stay at Serene met all the expectations that we had anticipated of the hotel. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming and are always very willing to assist with any questions. The rooms are clean, comfortable, well maintained, decorated to a good standard. The breakfast spread has a variety of selection of Vietnamese cuisine as well as continental. The pool, even though its only a medium size pool, it is kept clean. Some of us had lunch at the hotel restaurant on the first day and we were surprised to discover the quality of the dishes were good and tasty. Everyone from our group went for the messages offered by the hotel, on a couple of days during our stay, and we were very impressed by the service provided by the masseuse (plus hotel guests receive 25% discount on messages - which makes it very reasonable and affordable). The location of the hotel is situated slightly away from Hoi A town centre, it ‘a an ideal place to escape from the buzzing town centre. Furthermore, the cost of the transport between the hotel and town centre (using grab) works out on average between 70-110 vdn per trip for 4 people. Overall, our group had a very enjoyable, relaxing and pleasant stay at Serene Nature Hotel & Spa. We highly recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

It felt like being welcomed by a whole family, working in harmony with genuine kindness and care. Every day, the team checked in on us, helped us plan, gave amazing local advice, and treated us not just as guests—but as people they truly cared about. When I missed breakfast after a long night working online, they insisted on preparing something for me anyway. Moments like these say everything about the spirit of this place. Our room, with its serene view over the rice fields and a bathtub to match, was beautiful. Housekeeping was like magic—quiet, invisible, and always perfect. Even the "Do Not Disturb" sign was respected better than in many five-star hotels we've stayed at. The peaceful location among the rice fields, with authentic bikes to get to the beach or the old town easily, made everything feel even more relaxing. To the entire team: thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You made our stay unforgettable. We will absolutely return!
