Serenity Comfort Hotel

OOOOH. What a wonderful experience I have had in this hotel ! The reception staff is good 👍 and welcoming. The room service is excellent. The dining room is kept clean, and the food is very nice. I look forward to visiting this hotel again and again. You deserve to be called a five-star ✨️ hotel. Thank you for your service.

Lovely hotel, we stayed here when visiting to get our teeth done. Staff were lovely and very helpful. The only downside is that the indoor pool was not working when we stayed in June, and there were no areas to sit outside and relax. The hotel was very clean and every day they would replace our tea and coffee in the room. We had bed and breakfast, there was variety to the breakfast, it starts at 7am we found if you go down early, it was less busy and more foods rather than waiting for them to be replenished. The scrambled eggs were amazing! we used room service a couple of nights. We found there was not much variety but the food was nice. We used the Uber app to book taxis to go places, using taxis to go to the malls, it didn't take long to get there. There is a shop at the top of the hill we used Google maps to find it he was such a lovely man who owned the shop, we got drinks and a few bits.

We had a good laugh - nothing matched our expectations. Or: it did! Late arrival due to Turkish Airways overbooking. Restaurant open until 10pm, but for our bunch of people there was only a two star fixed menue not suitable for non carnivores (fries, rice and chicken). Two star-restaurant service. Other hotel amenities closed. In room: one star minibar (empty). Room with two star noise protection, music-noises from somewhere in the hotel. Pickup time scheduled for 4 am turned out to be 4:20. Wondered, where the 5 stars come from. But hey: there were plenty of stars on the full moon sky!
