I visited Serenity on a Friday night for their rooftop salsa/bachata event, and it was such a great time! My husband and I danced all night long. They also offer fantastic margaritas at a great price with a 2-for-1 deal. The steak nachos were incredible. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!
Great location. Even better service, the employees were friendly, helpful, and quick. Thank you Giovinin. Definitely would stay again. Room was spacious and had essentials. Roof top area had plenty of chairs, and pool very relaxing. The bathroom sink was very slow to drain and while we were there the internet went out one day. But we will be back!
The hotel has tastefully decorated, large, and clean rooms. The location is central, and there are on-site parking spaces with friendly security staff. However, there were some issues during my stay: the bathroom socket was broken, and the air conditioning in the room was leaking. This caused the entire wall and floor in the living area to become wet. The breakfast was quite poor and served with unfriendly service. Additionally, there is suspicion of fraudulent activity: I made a booking through Booking.com and prepaid. Upon arrival, however, the booking and payment were not visible in the hotel’s reservation system. As a result, I was asked to book and pay for the room again at the reception. The hotel refused to provide written confirmation, preventing us from claiming a refund through Booking.com. This raised concerns that the hotel may have already received the payment and is now charging double. The same situation occurred with a couple on their honeymoon. After repeated requests, I was finally issued a receipt for the newly booked room – but not until after much insistence. Even then, the invoice was initially issued under my travel companion’s name, not mine. Furthermore, on the back of the invoice, there was an accidental printing of a confidential letter addressed to another guest. This was highly unprofessional and gave the impression that the hotel was intentionally trying to avoid providing proper documentation.
