Serenity Queen Hotel

Absolutely the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Turkey! From start to finish, our experience here was amazing. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing — never overcrowded, which really made a difference. Two of the highlights for us was the 16+ pool area with a drink bar accessible from the water and another nearly always empty pool by the additional building. The drinks were a real standout — always delicious, and the bartenders were happy to make them as strong or light as you like. There are bars conveniently located throughout the hotel, so you’re never far from a refreshment. We also loved the fresh Turkish bread being made right by the beach — an absolute treat! The hotel is beautifully designed, with elegant and spacious interiors, and everything felt very well maintained. The staff were always cheerful and incredibly helpful. We had a small issue with loud noises from the AC in our room — we mentioned it to reception, and it was fixed immediately. Couldn’t ask for better service. The only minus was no active ventilation at the room toilet. All in all, a fantastic experience.

Our holiday at the hotel was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the food selection was excellent, and the pools were always clean. Every evening there was an interesting entertainment program. We also went for a massage, which I can highly recommend. The beach offers sunbeds with umbrellas, and the sea was clean and pleasant. The hotel is lively until midnight, which adds to the atmosphere. The only small downside was that we could hear noise from the lobby. Overall, a wonderful experience!

The hotel is very good, the food is not very good, especially the patisserie section is terrible. Some of the staff are very helpful and nice, especially Sir Volkan, the bartender Halil, İbrahim,Miss Zeynep , Sir Tayfun from the reception are very helpful and friendly. However, we had a problem. One of the staff accidentally fell into the pool. It was my fault. He said his phone was in his pocket and he wasn't using a water-resistant cover. Because his phone got wet, he asked me to buy a new phone and pressured me to buy a newer model of his phone. That's the only thing I'm unhappy about and it ruined my whole day. Overall, it's a clean and very tidy hotel. They clean the rooms every day and change the towels. The shops inside the hotel are incredibly expensive compared to the shops outside. If you smoke, take extra cigarettes with you because everything inside is very, very expensive, especially the sun cream.
