Serenity Suites Istanbul Airport

Great place for an afforable price, breakfast is reallygood but could have more variety (i.e. offer more different foods) hotel staff and receptionist are all extremely kind. They have a pool too. Dowside: a lot of noise of planes passing by every 30 seconds because of nearby airport (yes I'm not kidding, every 30 seconds) but i got used to it within 3 days

I don’t recommend this hotel, for the same price, you can stay in a better place with the see view. The reception don’t know how to work with clients

We booked this hotel online and requested 3 rooms for 8 people in total. We called and told them we will arrive after midnight. When we arrived, the staff at the reception told us that our reservation is for only 6 people. Luckily I had the reservation confirmation email. When I showed the email, their tone changed and they said it will take a long time to fix it. While trying to fix it, the receptionist realized that one of the kids (13 yrs old) did not have their ID but the copy of it. Altough parents were both there, he did not let us check in. He was very rude and not willing to help in any way. He let 8 people including 3 kids on the street at 2 am. Luckily we called a nearby hotel and checked in without any problem. If you want to deal with bureaucracy in a private hotel, that’s your place! Stay away if you can. Lots of hotels with nicer people.
