Very good and child friendly resort with highly professional staff. High quality evening shows and plenty of activities during the day. High quality local food. Excellent kids club, with flexible and kind staff. Rooms and shared area clean and well maintained. Maybe main pool floor needs a bit more frequent cleaning and kids pool slides may be renovated.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. The beach is wide and comfortable, the sea is beautiful. The service in the hotel is excellent. Special praise to the waitress Alessia♥️ She is wonderful and smiling

If you don't know Italian, fully enjoying some shows will be difficult because most of the activities are in Italian. The location is far and requires transport from/to the airport, about an hour and a half. The rooms are normal, clean, and very basic. The issue we had was that when they cleaned the room, they didn't add new bottles of the water, and the tap water tasted very bad. Good water is available in the resort, but it's difficult to get in the room. For children, it's good; you can find many kid-friendly options. The food is seafood and Italian, tasty and of good quality. Breakfast is good but not fabulous. In the end, it's a 4-star stay, and you will enjoy it like we did!
