Seres Hotel

We stayed here for 4 days and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hospitality was outstanding, and the breakfast each morning was a real highlight — delicious, fresh, and served with a smile. A special thank you to Mr. Ali, who took care of the breakfast and rooftop area every day with genuine warmth and professionalism. It was a pleasure to see him each morning and have a chat. Mr. Ali and the team, you truly made our stay memorable. Thank you for everything!

This year I celebrated my birthday in May in Turkey, and staying at Seres Hotel Old City, right in the heart of Istanbul, was a very cool experience! The location is super central and convenient for exploring the city, and I truly felt at home. The hotel director, the restaurant manager and staff were always incredibly kind and helpful, breakfast was excellent, and the terrace with a view was just stunning. It was a beautiful trip and a very special birthday, that I’ll never forget. A special greeting to Ali and Ibrahim and a big hug to all your team, from Rome!

I had such a lovely stay at this hotel in Serres. The service was great from start to finish. Breakfast was a highlight — not just for the delicious food, but also thanks to Ali and Turgay and Didem at the hotel, who were always so warm and welcoming each morning. A big thank you as well to Mehmet and Şıyar from the hotel team — they were incredibly helpful and kind throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is great to visit all the sites, couple minutes to the blue mosque and grand bazar. I felt very welcomed and would definitely come back again. And the view was sbsolutely one of a kind. I’d come back just for that. Highly recommend this place!
