SereS Springs Resort & Spa Singakerta

Absolutely loved our stay at SereS Springs Resort! From start to finish, everything was amazing — the staff were so warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help with anything we needed. The hotel itself is stunning — peaceful, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by nature. Our room was spotless, with lovely ambient lighting, daily fresh water bottles, complete toiletries, and the most gorgeous view of rice terraces in the background. It felt relaxing and happy the entire time. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal — tons of options, fresh fruits, juices, hot dishes, and attentive service. We looked forward to it every morning! The front desk staff always greeted us with a smile and were super helpful in arranging taxis and anything else we asked. Next time we’re in Ubud, we’ll definitely stay here again — no question. Can’t recommend it enough!

I stayed for 5 nights in July, the location in Ubud is a wonderful village that is not far from Ubud center, the rooms are well kept and clean. The food is also quite nice at the hotel, my son and I enjoyed our stay very much. The pool was nice but when I was there it was a bit too cold to swim much. The staff are the highlight of the hotel, everybody has a big smile on their faces and extremely attentive. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

Great views, nice comfortable rooms. Staff are very friendly and the guest services very helpful. A short distance to Ubud centre in a taxi but travel times to the attractions can be long due to traffic. Overall the hotel is very good quality. The kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast was very good.
