Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur

First. I haven't stayed or am staying here. I went in to get a document copied from my email. The reason for the review is, even though I wasn't staying there, the staff were fantastic. I told the two front desk ladies what I wanted and I wasn't staying there. They were still professional, friendly, and courteous. One of them walked me over to a gentleman, concierge (?), and he was simply a fantastic person and employee. He worked with me to get my copies made. Another young lady, in red, came over to make sure everything was okay. And even a manager, short cropped hair (I didn't say short :), walked by and made sure everything was great. I worked 22 years in the hotel and resort business, that is so unusual, but a very welcomed experience. So, I'm staying across the street but I will definitely look into this hotel for my next stay in Kuala Lumpur. The lobby was very busy, which to me is a great sign, and they still had time for a non-guest. If the staff are as good as this at the entrance, including the manager, then I suspect the rooms and dining are great as well. Thank you for your time.

I stayed at Hotel Seri Pacific Kuala Lumpur for one night in a Deluxe King room. The hotel is rated five stars and meets the main criteria, including a spacious room, separate shower and bathtub, and complete amenities. Although the hotel is a bit old, it is reasonably well maintained. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of choices, and the taste is above average. The swimming pool may not be ideal for small children. The kids' pool ranges from 0.5 m to 1 m deep. The adult pool ranges from 1.5 m to 1.9 m. The pool is not large but acceptable. Parking is RM5 per entry. There is plenty of parking available at the nearby World Trade Centre. Overall, my experience was positive.

I am very disappointed with the condition of the room. The old, thin, and hard pillows hurt my neck and make it difficult to sleep. The mattress, on the other hand, is hard and painful for the body. It's time for the management to try it themselves and see the real situation. Is this the comfort provided by the hotel to its customers??? Please stop. Customers pay to enjoy a good sleep and rest. Not for free!! I hope the management can take immediate action to improve the quality of service and room comfort. Customers deserve a satisfying experience when staying at this hotel! Very disappointed customers
