Serra Boutique Hôtel

Overall a very nice hotel. Great location our e-bikes were safe. Lovely bar area. No coffee in room. Good value for a 4 star hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my mum and son. It was a great mini apartment as we had 2 bedrooms, plus the shower was magic. Really quiet soundproofed rooms with zero noise from the outside. The curtains kept the room totally dark too. Fab hair dryer, lovely toiletries and gorgeous hotel fragrance which I loved so much I bought a bottle! The breakfast was very good and the outside garden and terrace were really lovely. Location is great too.

Stayed at the Serra for three nights while going to a wedding locally. Lovely hotel and very polite and friendly staff. The hotel is pretty new and very imaginatively decorated. Our 'Business Suite' was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the shower worked well (once we worked out you turned the control counter-intuitively to change the temperature!) It would have been good if the lounge area had a small sofa instead of just a work table. The hotel is on a main road opposite a run of shops, bars and restaurant and the main problem was the noise (from people not cars) very, very late into the night (2am, 3am, 4am). This was despite the triple glazed windows. We would probably stay at the hotel again but would request a room away from the main road.
