Serrambi Resort

Overall the experience was great. Staff was for the most part very friendly, accomodations were good and requests were fulfilled right away. Food (included breakfast and dinner) was good considering it is meant for a lot of people. The beach is fantastic for shallow water snorkeling . Great for kids. Lunch options were few and expensive. Regulating the water temperature in the shower was impossible. I took very hot showers everyday which is not to my liking, specially after I became a bit sunburned.

Very pretty location , good swimming pool but the service was unfriendly specially at the reception.very mean with water!! You can’t not get water unless you keep paying for it which is very annoying. We still had a nice time.

The beachfront view is absolutely stunning, and the beach itself is beautiful and relaxing. The food we ordered was decent (but pricey), and my kids especially loved the bunnies, birds, and lizards around the property — definitely a highlight for them. These are the main reasons I’m giving this place two stars. That said, there were several disappointments. The breakfast and dinner buffets were very bland and repetitive — nearly the same options each night, with little flavor or variety. We kept saying here is the salt and garlic and flavor. We were fortunate to upgrade to the Presidential Suite, which was spacious and comfortable, but our originally assigned room was so cramped that we felt we had no choice but to pay more. The arcade was always overcrowded, and there were very few nighttime activities available. Also, dinner was served too late for young children, making evenings a challenge. For the price we paid, I believe there are better options out there. I wouldn’t recommend this resort unless the view alone is worth the stay for you.
