Serrano's Park Hotel was a ok the room I was in 305 the phone didn't work the back glas door didn't had a key to lock it the small porch was always wet because the AC hose keep dripping on the floor btw the security wood bars are way to low (scary) ..... HOUSEKEEPING LADY clean up very well 👍for her the front desk staff need to be more informative to there guest ( I spent 3 nights and the last evening I found out the hotel had a restaurant that serves dinner 🤦that information had to be given to me at check in point btw food at the restaurant was not bad I will rate it a 3 ⭐ out of 5 for the convenience of been at the hotel BRUNO the night clerk was very helpful and proactive 5⭐ for himhe didn't know the language but he was smart enough to get the translation app on his phone and communicate 👌🙌🤝👍👏 THE POOL are was very clean just need to have some music playing and the bar open for refreshments the breakfast was good and the LADY that take care of the breakfast on my. First 2 morning she was excellent the last day she was switch and that lady that who was there on my last morning had a very unhappy non friendly attitude in overall the hotel room had a ok view.... will I recommend or stay back here ?? sure I will.. hope they work on those little observation I remark
