Serras Andorra

The Serras Andorra exceeded all of our expectations. We wish we stayed longer. The ski service was fantastic, made everything so easy. The customer service and employees were incredibly kind. Our corner room was stunning, (wish there was an extra table to set things on). Nightly chocolates, wonderful breakfast, treats in the ski locker, even water and fruit for our drive home. We also enjoyed the restaurant on site as well as a few bar snacks, everything was fantastic! We will be back next year!

We recently stayed at Serras Andorra, a luxury boutique resort that offers a beautifully designed mountain retreat with thoughtful service and elegant aesthetics. Upon arrival, the hospitality was immediately evident — we were warmly greeted with welcome drinks and chilled towels, and the staff took the time to personally show us around the property, which helped us quickly get oriented. Our room was stylish and well-appointed, featuring a private balcony, modern bathroom with both a shower and tub, and a compact desk area, ideal for light work. The minibar was stocked with drinks and snacks, though prices were on the higher side. The room also had a small table and chairs for casual lounging or in-room dining. That said, there were a few key areas that affected our comfort. The lack of air conditioning was a significant issue for us — especially during warmer nights — as we're accustomed to sleeping in a cooler environment. With no A/C, we had to keep the balcony doors open, which unfortunately meant road noise from passing cars disrupted our sleep. One morning, housekeeping next door was also quite loud, waking us earlier than planned. Other design choices, such as automated bathroom lighting, were not ideal for nighttime use, as the lights were overly bright and not adjustable. Additionally, while the desk was a nice inclusion, the lack of lighting around it made it difficult to use in the evening. The resort offers a small fitness center, which is a nice amenity, though weight options were limited. Families will appreciate the game room for kids, and while there is an on-site spa, we really enjoyed it very much! I wish we used it more as we prioritized sightseeing and exploring the nearby town — which is conveniently accessible from the hotel. I had a WONDERFUL massage 💆‍♂️ by the most beautiful masseuse I have ever seen! She was fantastic! I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated at the end of my session. Her name was yessica/Jessica not sure of the spelling. Overall, Serras Andorra has great potential. The resort is beautifully maintained, and the service is warm and personal. However, improvements to sleep comfort — especially air conditioning, mattress and pillow quality, and soundproofing — would significantly enhance the guest experience. With a few adjustments, this could easily become one of the standout luxury stays in Andorra.
