Serras Barcelona

Took our family on vacation to Barcelona. While the location of this hotel is perfect, the service is the star here. Elizabeth and her team are amazing! My kids repeatedly commented that this was the warmest, most welcoming hotel we’ve ever stayed. Everyone on Elizabeth’s team worked to ensure our stay was perfect. My only regret is that we didn’t book a longer stay.

What a gem! The staff, all of them were so helpful and friendly. In particular in helping with an itinerary, with reservations and suggestions for our 10 year old. The rooftop bar is class, great place to relax and unwind. Due to the location of the hotel, no traffic stress as everything we wanted to cover was in walking distance. Include breakfast.

What stood out most was the exceptional service, especially from the front desk staff. Warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, they went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and memorable. Their genuine hospitality and willingness to accommodate every request set a new standard in customer care. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches that reflect the spirit of the city. The rooms are stylish, comfortable, and impeccably clean. And the food — absolutely superb. From breakfast to evening bites, every meal was fresh, flavorful, and served with care. This place may be small in size, but it delivers an experience that rivals some of the best resorts in the world. We will absolutely return and recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone visiting Barcelona.
