A great place to stay in the heart of this beautiful city. The breakfast was delicious and the pool sparklingly clean. We stayed there during the renovations and while this was an inconvenience, we still enjoyed our stay.
The hotel is very well located. The staff is really good but the rooms has nothing. Just the bed and a shower. That's it. They have a good soap place very close.
I have stayed at this hotel many times, but my most recent visit on August 17th was disappointing. The rooms are completely outdated and in desperate need of remodeling. While the staff is friendly, the quality of the breakfast has noticeably declined compared to previous stays—it used to be much better and offered more food options. The price is ridiculously high for the quality provided. The only positive is the location, as it's right in the center of Gramado where all the action takes place. Other than that, it's not worth it. I will definitely not recommend this hotel to any friends.
