Sertorelli Sporthotel

We had a great stay — everything was perfect: the room, the food, the spa and the staff. The shuttle service to the gondola was also a great bonus. It’s true that there’s some renovation work going on, but it doesn’t interfere with the experience at all. We barely noticed it, since it doesn’t last long and we tried to enjoy beautiful Cervinia as much we could. We’ll definitely return, both in winter and summer!

The wellness centre is such a gem. The rooftop Finnish sauna is so gorgeous. The rest of the wellness centre has 2 other saunas, a steam room, 3 extra large hot tub/spa pools and multiple relaxation areas. If coming as an external guest, I would recommend visiting after 5pm as its quieter then without young children. Breakfast was good. The remodelled rooms look so gorgeous, unfortunately we had one of the older rooms which was a bit dated but comfortable and spacious. Service was always excellent.

We had a deeply disappointing experience at Sertorelli Sporthotel. From the outset, the owners were shockingly disrespectful—particularly toward the women in our group. Their tone and behaviour were dismissive and condescending, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel failed to honour key items we had discussed and agreed upon in advance. Instead of addressing our concerns reasonably, they attempted to overcharge us for the room we had clearly booked under different terms. It felt like we were being taken advantage of, and there was little interest in resolving the issue fairly. To make matters worse, the photos on the hotel's website are incredibly misleading. The rooms and amenities looked nothing like what was advertised—tired interiors, dated facilities, and far from the luxury experience promised online. Unfortunately, I would never recommend Sertorelli Sporthotel to anyone looking for a respectful, honest, or accurately represented stay in Italy. There are plenty of better options in the area where hospitality still means something.
