Beautiful hotel and great staff. Location is amazing, with direct access to the beach. The poll is also great, with stunning views and a pretty decent supporting bar. Breakfast is lovely, with lots os variety. Rooms are spacious and very clean, with amazing sea views. The staff is really nice and always happy to help. Guest service is one of the best I have experienced. Will definitely come back!

This hotel is beautiful. The rooms are very spacious. At least the Premium Deluxe. Service staff are very kind, although I feel like, when you work in a hotel - ur English could be a tad better than this. But hey no pressure. Breakfast buffet is good. Cocktails are great! Pool is so so. Could be cleaned more, as there are a lot of dead insects. There are a lot of insects, which bite. So don’t be surprised. I have itchy welts all over my body. All in All - satisfied w this hotel.

The location is good, right in front of the beach and close to the city center. The access is a bit tricky, as the parking lot is a public, multi-storey parking lot and it was confused to find the hotel entrance. The room was big and had a nice view of the beach. The bed was comfortable. The negative aspects were that the room was not available when we checked in (it was available only at 4:20pm - i.e. 20min past the check-in time. Also, the room was smelly (as if it was cleaned with dirty towels). The shower had no water pressure at all!!! It was very difficult to remove the shampoo/conditioner from the hair. The pool was very dirty. The spa is very small and kids are allowed, making it impossible to relax. The steamer/sauna and the Turkish bath were turned off. I would not consider it a 5-star hotel.
