Seth Hotel Punta Prima

A great complex, everyone catered for, brilliant animation team. All staff friendly and efficient. Quick service in bars. Food choices good at breakfast lunch, and dinner. Snacks available in pool bar. We had room 5204, both pool, and partial sea view. Room spacious with a king size bed, plenty of storage. Highly recommended, and will visit again.

Had a brilliant family week in May 2025. Stayed with wife and two 20 year olds twin sons. The entertainment staff are incredible and make the stay so much fun. An incredibly dedicated and fun team to be around and the games and activities ended up being the most treasured memories we will take away. We booked a week away, but came home with so many memories that we will never forget. All the entertainment staff were amazing, with special love to cappuccino and guacamole for their fun and affection.

From the moment we arrived, the staff, especially Yago, were welcoming, smiling amazing . From the reception staff to the bar staff to the cleaning people absolutely warm and friendly. Reviews about the food before coming were not good, but if you cannot find something amazing to eat here, you are a very picky eater. The pool bar staff, Eugene, Paco and Pablo plus the lady and other chap whose name I didn’t get, couldn’t be more helpful and accomadating. We’ve got another whole week to go. Thank you Occidental.
