The hotel is relatively far from the city center but it is close to the coast of Floria, the commercial center, and the aquarium. We arrived at the hotel as a group of more than 60 people, it was assumed that they had prepared the rooms to receive the guests, but this did not happen; We encountered problems in several rooms, some rooms have no electricity, some have broken heating, some are not even provided with sheets and pillows, and one of the rooms had a disrupted bathroom and broken shower. Other than it's unclean! Breakfast was not enough for the visitors present, and all services are delayed. The outdoor pool is dirty, full of rainwater and algae, while the indoor pool was out of service and could not be entered, as well as the Hammam. The rooms are relatively small and cramped, and the internet does not reach most of the rooms. It was an awful experience!
The worst hotel we have stayed. I have been with my family there for 7 days and we were the only ones in hotel it was kinda creepy. The breakfast was bad and also they didnt turn all lights at lobby it was mostly dark. The rooms were to small and too many things were broken. When we needed bigger room they said that all Rooms were dirty, we were so confused but the lady in the lobby said she can give us one room that is avaliable that was suite room and we payed double. It was worst than we expected. It had holes in walls also we couldnt get shower because the water was so cold. Dont go to this hotel. Those pics, the spa and gym js all lie they dont have any of it!
If you only sleep here it's just bad. But staying here more is an unpleasant experience. Basically from outside the hotel looks very nice but when you go inside it looks like a motel from Quentin Tarantino films. Hard beds Mold in shower Stains on materace Cold (Broken AC) Food leftovers from previous guests And also funny fact, when the guy was showing me the room.. It was actually someone's room. With his stuff At least the receptionists were very nice :) Better to avoid this place
