I had a wonderful stay at Seven Dreams Suites! The room was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is great and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. I felt very welcome and appreciated all the little touches. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Lisbon!
Stayed 1 night. Room was nicely decorated but the bathroom was small which is the case with almost all hotels/Air b&bs. It's located in a residential area with El Corte right across the street and it has a good food court. Also metro walking distance as well so easy to commute. Will stay again.
Three cockroaches in the bathroom. Hundreds of dead flies on the bedroom floor. Videos attached for proof. This place was disgusting, and their customer service afterwards was equally bad - evasive, uncommunicative, gaslighting - telling me the place had been thoroughly cleaned despite me showing them videos of the cockroaches and dead flies, avoiding my emails and contact. The rooms are underground - overly humid, zero light, and because it's an 'aparthotel' there was nobody on site to speak to about these issues. One star is too many. Please stay elsewhere. Even without the infestation of dead and living bugs, there are many better value places in Lisbon.
