Seven Hills Hotel Special Class

Every single person working here went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. The hospitality was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced, genuine, warm, and consistently thoughtful. They didn’t just do their jobs; they made it their mission to ensure we had the most amazing time. The staff seemed to know what I needed before I even asked. Whether it was offering ideas of what to do ,arranging last-minute reservations, or simply greeting me with a smile every morning, they made me feel truly cared for. There’s a sincerity in how they treat guests that you don’t find often like you’re more than just a visitor, you’re family. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, but what truly made the experience amazing was the team. They created an atmosphere that was uplifting, relaxed, and filled with joy. I genuinely didn’t want to leave. If you're visiting Istanbul and want to feel welcomed, appreciated, and completely looked after this is the place to stay. Thank you to everyone there for being absolutely amazing. I can’t wait to come back!

We had such a great stay at this hotel in the heart of old Istanbul. The location couldn't be better everything we wanted to see was just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. Room was a bit dated but it was absolutely clean. We had breakfast there every morning, and it was a lovely way to start the day. Thanks so much for everything we’d definitely stay here again!

Stayed for a night and had breakfast on the top floor. Proximity to everything worth seeing is a plus. Their staff were all super friendly. Unfortunately, the room they gave me was not what i would expect for a hotel with such a high rating. Expect to be disappointed in the rooms if you are coming in with normal expectations on what a highly rated hotel room should look like. After being here, the ratings reflect more the location of the hotel and not the quality of the rooms or amenities. Turkish breakfast was good though!
