A world away from the ordinary ... and so much more. We are Hermanus residence and recently celebrated our 10 year anniversary at The Marine hotel and it was nothing short of - the best stay ever!!!! Thank you for the thoughtful gift in the room. The best caesar salad I have ever had and nothing beats the in room breakfast service! Can't wait for our next stay at this fabulous establishment - you can be proud!
What an amazing experience to stay here. We went for my husband’s birthday and the reception was fantastic. We felt pampered and spoiled. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The food is delicious, thank you chef. A BIG thank you to you all from management to cleaners.
We visited this hotel from Sept 6 - Sept 9th 2024. The manager was rude and someone stole $500 usd from our room while we were having breakfast. We informed the manager and asked them to check the camera recordings but they didn’t comply. It was a horrible experience for us. The least they could do was to make us feel safe but they did not.
