Rami and his teammates are very interested. They took us into the room early and 3. They even gave us an extra bed for our person at no extra cost. We felt the room like our own home and I'll be honest I didn't 😅 even want to leave. Frankly, this situation did not bother me. In short, the room, the location, the facilities were very nice. They treated us as if we were one of their own. We definitely recommend you to stay. I'll come back again, of course 🫡

We truly had a very comfortable stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to shopping centers, the beach, and restaurants. Most importantly, the staff’s behavior was very professional. Thank you.

Unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming luxury! My booking’s payment deadline was in November, yet in August I was pressured to pay and had my reservation cancelled without explanation, well before the agreed date. When I attempted to rebook for the same dates, I was offered a higher price. This is nothing short of exploitative, unprofessional, and entirely disrespectful to guests. No reputable luxury property should operate this way — and I strongly advise future travelers to look elsewhere.
