We arrived several hours before official check-in, and our room was already ready for us – such a pleasant surprise and very much appreciated. The room was spotless, fresh-smelling, and perfectly clean, with the air conditioning already set to a comfortable temperature. The location is excellent – walking distance to the city’s main attractions – and the host went above and beyond to make our stay easy. We were traveling with a cooler bag and needed to refreeze our cooling element, which the host kindly arranged for us without hesitation. Communication was super smooth via WhatsApp, and the host was extremely helpful and service-minded throughout our stay. Highly recommended – we would absolutely stay here again!

Well, the room is good, location was great and breakkie is in a nice cafe. Reception said he would give free water bottles everyday but he didn’t and now I have this reply here.. and the air con remote was taken without explanation

We stayed at Seven Rooms in Rome on Via Nazionala. In general, it was nice that it was close to the metro station and walking distances. The service was also very good. The cleanliness of the rooms and the friendly service were good. However, the room smelled. I had the room perfume sprayed in the room on the first day of arrival. However, when we arrived in the evening, there was a smell in the room. We experienced a strange and strong smell in the room for 4 days. This needs to be fixed. The hot water was running, the TV worked, the beds were clean and comfortable. We did not experience any other problems other than the smell.
