The room absolutely does not look like in the pictures. We got a room in the basement and it was a disgrace. A lot of mold in the tiny bathroom, disgusting smell and the room is wrecked, the floor is broken at many places. Had hairs and yellow stains on the bed. Air conditioning seems to only be able to cool, so it was very cold since we went in the winter, my friend actually catched a cold. The room itself is moist everywhere, probably due to the mold. Staff is very kind and friendly, nothing to complain here at least. Also a lot of free coffee and tea in the room. Location is great in the center of Sultanameht, the grand Basar, Sultanameht Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkasi Palace can all be reached by foot. The Hotel is also very cheap, but you can get WAY, WAY better Hotels in Istanbul at the same price. Very sad that I have to write this negative review but the pictures on booking are a total scam and the room is a health hazard. As a foreign tourist, don't go there. They'll likely put you in the disgusting basement room to scam you.

Worst i have ever seen in my life. First of all keys are same for room 107 and 108!!! We have been given room 107 and when we entered there was a guest in there already!!! Same key opened 108?! The room is like a match box, the bathroom is far away from being clean, tv is not working, when you press the toilet flush it does not stop and when you try to shower you either burn or freeze. Long story short “do not go there”.
