It was truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Mr Shadi was incredibly welcoming, kind, and gentle with us. He made sure we never needed anything and was always attentive to our comfort and well-being. Yahya did an excellent job with the housekeeping always making sure everything was fresh and clean each day. His dedication really made a difference. There is another Egyptian guy- forgot his name- was so kind as well. In general, all staff was amazing and I highly recommend anyone to have this amazing experience in Jordan specially in seven roses hotel
We had our engagement there in the sky hall and everything was perfect and the person behind making everything goes into the right direction is MIRA she was phenomenal she also made sure to apply every detail we mentioned. Thanks to her
Quiet hotel, nice staff. Need to really work on breakfast, not worthy of 4 star hotel. Rooms are a bit worn down, A/C only has 2 modes: low and high. A/C is directed directly at the bed and too cold even when on low mode. Had to cover it with a towel.
