Seven Sea Hotel Da Nang

Great experience! I didn't interact with the staff though but found them helpful in nature. It really has best location near the beach and rooms are well ventilated and spacious! I found it worth of money

Its probably best value for money i ever seen. I paid 20€ a night for the room with the ocean view, next to the beach(trough agoda) I still dont believe that price. So yes, hotel looks older. But there is rooftop swimming pool with amazing view, you have quite good breakfast(included) in the stay. For me the value for money is crazy. Just what you should take into account is that beach is noisy so ocean view could mean that you will hear music till 12 and from 6.

Unfortunately, our stay at Seven Sea Hotel was quite disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the service fell short—there was no assistance with our luggage, and overall staff responsiveness was poor. The restaurant lacked air conditioning, making dining uncomfortable in the heat. Mornings were far from peaceful, as housekeeping staff were shouting outside rooms as early as 8:30 AM, often using loud walkie-talkies. The rooms themselves were very basic and uninspiring, and the lobby felt more like a monastery than a welcoming hotel entrance. After 10:30 PM, there was no staff presence at all, and the main doors were left wide open, raising serious concerns about security. As for the gym, it was essentially non-functional, with just a few broken machines. The hotel’s only saving grace is its location on one of Da Nang’s main streets—but beyond that, our experience was far from acceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or reliable stay.
