Amazing hotel and amazing experience in Hotel Gravel Select. Food was delicious and different every day. A lots of fun for kids, especially at night they have a disco party :) The room was beautiful with amazing see view. The staff at restaurant and pool was very, very kind and professional. Hamburgers and pide at pool was the most delicious I have every tried! :) We had a great time, a lot of fun and loving memories there. Drinks for Ultra All Inclusive and food definitely is 10/10. I want to add that the receptionist was kind too but they need to learn English a little bit because they have guest all over the word, I think that is necessary especially for receptionists (Women). this is for girls receptionist, because the man redemptioner was good with his English. Definitely we would love to come back again! :) Great hotel and great staff
We had high expectations for Gravel Select Hotel, but the reality was far from what was promised. – Upon arrival, we were given only one room key card. When I asked why, I was told this was standard policy — which is inconvenient for two adults. – The air conditioner didn’t cool the room at all. It was initially stuck at +30°C. A technician later adjusted it to +16°C, but it still blew warm air. Even after running it all day, the room remained hot — we were sweating in bed at night. – No bathrobes were provided in the room after swimming. – Towels for the pool are not available outside. You have to wait until 9 a.m. for the spa center to open to get one — so if you’re up early, there’s nothing you can do. – The fitness center is located in the basement, with no working air conditioning, just open windows. It’s unbearably hot and there’s no water dispenser, unlike other hotels of similar class. – Today, at noon, there was supposed to be ice cream by the pool, as every day. Guests started lining up at 11:45, but right at 12:00, one woman took a portion, and immediately after that, a staff member removed the freezer. When I asked why, I was told the freezer had broken — which seemed highly suspicious. – Food variety in the main restaurant is lacking. I previously stayed in another hotel from this chain in Manavgat, and the difference in quality was very noticeable. – There is no toaster to warm up bread and no omelet station where you can request a custom omelet. – At 7:00 p.m., prepare for a long queue at dinner — especially at the main hot food area. – Staff in the restaurant do not take drink orders at the table, which is common in most comparable resorts. Instead, they focus only on clearing tables. – The coffee from the Caffello machines is watery and tasteless. Overall, the stay was disappointing. Poor service, limited amenities, and multiple daily frustrations made this feel more like a budget hotel than a proper resort. I do not recommend Gravel Select Hotel and would not return.
Rooms not in the main building are a tragedy. Animation is poor, or rather, there is none at all. It is better not to watch how food is cooked in open kitchens (in the dining room and outside), because the desire to eat will pass. Pizzas are made without gloves, and if gloves are used in the dining room, they are used to wipe sweat, throw garbage in the same pot, cut fruit with the same gloves, add ingredients for scrambled eggs. The staff is unpleasant, there are no utensils during lunch (you take them from another table where they are, then the waitress rudely says something to you in her own language). One day you could see 💩 at the bottom of the pool. Paid for 5 ⭐️ and the only good things are the beautiful interior and good music :)
