Seven Seas Jolie Bay Ultra All Inclusive

The resort is perfect t stay and relax ,you have every night different parties and in the day a lot of activities. The staff is nice and very hard working. The best thing about the Resort ? THE FOOD is excellent , every thing is delicious and you have many things to pick from. The only thing that I didn t like was that the adults only beach were children there( some of us want peace) and in the adult only pool were kids....in rest everything was perfect.

I recently stayed at this amazing hotel for the second time, and once again, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations, just like it did during my first visit. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the wonderful staff of the main restaurant and the à la carte restaurants — Turkish, Asian, and Italian. Every meal was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, with incredible attention to detail. The service in all the restaurants was consistently outstanding — the staff were friendly, attentive, and always made us feel welcome. A special thank you to the team at the snack bar and the lobby bar as well. The drinks were fantastic, the snacks were always fresh and tasty, and the service was top-notch. Whether it was day or night, the staff made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. I also want to highlight the amazing animation team. Their energy, creativity, and professionalism made every day so much fun. From morning activities to evening shows, they created a lively and joyful atmosphere for guests of all ages. They truly made the vacation even more memorable. A big thank you as well for the beautiful beach and the excellent service provided there. The beach area was always clean, well-maintained, and relaxing. The staff were very helpful and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect day by the sea. This was my second time at this hotel, and I can confidently say it won’t be the last — I will definitely come back again. The exceptional service, warm hospitality, and unforgettable moments make this place truly special. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable! I chose this hotel based on the reviews on Booking, but unfortunately my experience did not fully meet expectations. • Maintenance: Needs significant improvement. Any issue takes a long time to be fixed, which makes the stay uncomfortable. • Food: Quality and variety were disappointing. Lunch and dinner were almost the same every day, with very limited options. On the fourth day, the quality and variety suddenly improved — but this only happened because the hotel owners were present, which clearly shows that the management can do better but does not maintain the same standards for regular guests. • Pools: Cleanliness is questionable, as they are used until late at night and it is unclear when proper cleaning takes place. Positive aspects: The beach is very nice and enjoyable, and the reception staff were helpful and cooperative throughout the stay. Overall, I would rate my stay 6/10. I strongly hope management addresses these issues, as the potential for a much better guest experience is clearly there.
