Our stay at Seven Visions Hotel in Yerevan was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel itself is a masterpiece, offering unmatched service and comfort that exceeded all our expectations. The staff were outstanding—kind, professional, and genuinely attentive. A special shoutout to Naira, the incredible Guest Relations Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our visit was perfect. She not only guided us through the best tours in Yerevan but also helped us plan our itinerary to include a delightful show held at the hotel. Her assistance made our trip truly seamless. Equally commendable was Yegor, the Front Desk Manager, who managed everything with utmost efficiency and a friendly demeanor. He ensured every detail of our stay was flawless. The breakfast was phenomenal—offering a variety of high-quality dishes that catered to all tastes. A big thank you to Vahan (supervisor), Veronica, and Igna for their warmth and care during our dining experience. Overall, our stay at Seven Visions Hotel was one of the best experiences in our travel history. The perfect blend of an extraordinary hotel and a remarkable team made it unforgettable.

My experience at Seven Visions Resort and Places, the Dvin, far exceeded my expectations, and I say this as a frequent traveler. This was thanks to the friendly staff, pristine and high-quality facilities, unforgettable shows, complimentary rides in their vintage car, fantastic food, and beautiful city views. I also had a personal experience that truly showcased the exceptional professionalism of their staff, which I’d like to highlight here: I traveled to Armenia from the U.S. to spend time with my parents, who were joining me from a neighboring country. We stayed in one of the Suites for nearly a week, and it was a truly memorable experience. Due to work commitments, I had to return to the U.S., while my parents stayed on a bit longer. I was a bit concerned about leaving them, especially since they don’t speak the language. I discussed this with Mr. Yegor, the reception manager, and he treated my parents as if they were his own. He addressed all their needs with a warm smile, ensuring they didn’t have a single worry during their stay—even though the hotel was quite busy with events. My parents never felt alone. Mr. Yegor kindly assisted them with taxis, coordinating with the drivers to ensure smooth transportation, and he even invited them to enjoy the beautiful shows and events, making sure they had a great time. I would like to thank you, Mr. Yegor, for your outstanding personality, attention to detail, and professionalism. I will definitely stay at your hotel again if I travel to Armenia and will highly recommend it to anyone considering Armenia, your beautiful country, as their travel destination. Mohammad
