It was my second time in a row at this hotel — and I even extended my stay by 3 more nights this year! From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and welcome. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, and the cleaning staff do a great job every day. The food is delicious, with a wide variety at every meal — there’s something for everyone. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach, and everything you need is close by. But what really makes this hotel special is the animation team. They bring so much energy, joy, and warmth to each day. Whether it’s activities, shows, or just a friendly chat — they make the experience unforgettable. Such amazing, kind-hearted people — I truly love them all and can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at Palmeras Bay for 10 days and absolutely loved every moment of it! The animation team, especially Dasha, was fantastic - always full of energy and constantly inviting us to take part in fun and entertaining activities. One of the highlights for us was the beautiful, large pier - perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and just relaxing by the sea for hours. It became our favorite spot every day. The food at the main restaurant was delicious with a great variety, and we also enjoyed the snack bar for a quick bite between meals. The rooms were kept spotless with daily cleaning, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cozy and cool even on the hottest days.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was tasty with a good variety, and the location was perfect for a relaxing vacation. However, what truly made the experience unforgettable was the animation team. Their energy, creativity, and dedication were absolutely outstanding. Every day they organized fun activities for both kids and adults, always with a smile and great enthusiasm. The work of the animators was by far the best part of our stay – they truly made our holiday special. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families looking for a lively and engaging atmosphere!
