Sevilla Palace Hotel

Clean hotel, EXCELLENT service, people is patient at ALL times, and they gave us an incredible weekend experience. Rooms are spacious, isolated, with funcional AC Units that are silent and even from the reception they were extremely nice. 100% recommendation if you are in the zone. Also the hotel is pretty centric so everything is close to you, parties, culture and food.

I want to say I love this hotel! It has charm that is art deco and doesn’t feel disingenuous. The rooms were always clean, but there were some minor issues. A cord hanging out of the wall and the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. Two of the four elevators don’t work but it was part of the charm. The pool is incredible! I would stay again all things considered.

Very dated, has really cool architecture and features but they are a bit in disrepair in many instances. Would love to see this hotel embrace those and have the interior refinished to highlight these. I would not recommend staying here due to: inability to adjust room temp (AC is either on full or off), slow wifi (cannot load email sometimes), bathrooms were a bit gross (shower poured water onto the floor no matter how much effort we put into closing the door and left a huge puddle each time in centre of the bathroom), room service continually took towels without providing new ones, located on a very loud and busy road. We did not use the public amenities.
