Even though the TV wasn’t working , the aircon was a bit loud, and there were no coconuts on the bar menu, we’re still happy we chose this hotel. The room was tidy, with fresh towels provided daily. Breakfast had plenty of options, and we really enjoyed the rooftop infinity pool and cocktails at the bar — the food was great too. The staff were attentive and always smiling, which made the stay even better.
Good location. Easy to get to places! Rooms are very clean, good sized also. Bayu, one of the front of house staff always went above and beyond to make sure I had everything during my stay and always recommend things for me to do during the day/night. His level of professionalism was 10/10 P.s pre warning that rooms on lower ground do get noisy around breakfast time otherwise its pretty good
Oh Thank you, This place is beautiful and is filled with friendly staff who are willing to assist when you need anything. I had the best time staying at your hotel. Thank you for the floating breakfast and flower bath I requested you did exactly as i asked. The breakfast was the best because you have variety to choose from. Just one thing i want you to look into your towels are not clean that white is now cream white, i could not use any of your towels because of that but otherwise it is a nice and beautiful place.
