Nice pool and spa indoors and outdoors, great food, poolbar, tennis table - you can enjoy whole day, even if its cold outside and wonderful location - proximity to tbilisi

The hotel is not bad itself, and they are really trying to do their best, but there is a huge room for improvement. Positive: most of the staff is polite, nice and helpful. The food is tasty, but you have to wait at the restaurant for quite a long time. Hotel is tidy and clean. Rooms look good and clean as well. Spa area is comfortable- indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, steam bath, jacuzzi, spa tretment. Negative: when you book a room with mountains view, expect a view either on the road or fence. Now it's clear why rooms with pool view are more expensive. When you book the room with 1 large bed, expect 2 single mattresses instead moved together. I've asked to change my room because of that and because of very loud ventilation (I could barely sleep the first night). The new room was quite, but mattresses were the same, though I've specifically asked for 1 large bed at the time of booking, and it was confirmed to me. Trying to book spa treatment on Monday I was told that there's no specialist that day, so could only book for next day. Treatment and specialist were very good though! Both pools are extremely cold! Bear this in mind when travelling with kids! And last, but not least. During first 2 days the breakfast was delicious, but on the day of check-out I came at 9.00 (breakfasts are 9-11am) and there was nothing. After 15 mins of waiting (and reception member trying really hard to help me) the lady at the restaurant appeared and told that due to a few people at the hotel, there's no free choice breakfast (i.e. no fresh vegetables, no fruit, no yogurts, no bakery, etc) and I can order from the menu hot dishes. I started waiting, but after 20 mins wait nothing appeared and I had to leave as transfer was waiting for me. So, having breakfast time from 9, don't expect to have a breakfast even at 9.40... That was a disappointing part.

Proof that staff makes or breaks an experience. Receptionist girl was straight up rude and refused to give us a third room key even thought the damn cards wouldnt work. I just dont understand why she went out of her way to be condescending. Train yo staff. (Actually literally everyone was nice except the receptionist girl so maybe have everyone else train her or smt idk) do better
