Great staff … the staff are what makes it such a great choice !! Breakfast was nice. Pool area lovely and great location … lovely comfortable hotel beds comfy.. great value for money … recommend to request a room at the back to avoid outside noise when trying to sleep at night .. there is a man with loudspeaker who can be annoying

Their kindness and attentiveness make it clear that they genuinely care about providing the best possible experience. The team is always ready to assist with anything you might need, whether it’s offering recommendations on the best places to visit, arranging excursions, or simply making sure you’re comfortable. However, I have to give special recognition to Harry, who truly made our trip unforgettable. His enthusiasm, dedication, and genuine interest in guests set him apart. It’s evident that he not only enjoys his work but also thrives on creating meaningful interactions with visitors. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated with warmth and exceptional service, this hotel is the perfect choice.

Had a 5 night stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean, house keeping came everyday and the breakfast choices were great. The staff were so helpful, warm and spoke really good English. Alana was amazing and on the first day spent at least half an hour with us going through the local attractions which was really helpful and would then always ask about our day when we saw her. Harry was also brilliant and helped us book a last minute trip to Hoi An. Overall, we were very impressed with the hotel and the staff.
