Stayed in the Executive Studio room with my family for 2D1N. Room very spacious. Very clean. Service very good and prompt especially the facility guy on duty - helped to rectify the air-con remote control very promptly. Easy parking. Convenient with lots of shops nearby. Breakfast at level 2 -ok. Only issue was the restaurant air-con or ventilation very poor - it was hot in the morning at 0830hrs during breakfast. Not sure only that day or usually it is like that coz i noticed there were standing fans located in the restaurant. Otherwise a decent and clean hotel. Will surely return to stay if I'm here again. Thank you to all the staff on duty from 11 to 12 May 2025

I stayed at Sfera Hotel in Sitiawan and was quite disappointed compared to what was shown online. The hotel photos made it look much more luxurious and well-maintained, but the reality was very different. The swimming pool water was murky and looked dirty, which made it uninviting to use. In the room, there was a strong, unpleasant smell that made it hard to breathe comfortably. The room was not well-kept either – one of the pillows had visible black spots, which made me question the cleanliness and hygiene of the linens. As for the food, the breakfast sausage tasted artificial and had a strange, powdery texture, like the cheapest kind of sausage available. This is not what I would expect from a hotel that claims to be four stars. Overall, it was not up to the standard I expected, and certainly not reflective of what was advertised. I hope the management will take these comments seriously and improve on the cleanliness, food quality, and overall guest experience.

I’m currently staying hare and I had a disappointing experience with the reception staff today. I went to the front desk and politely asked for a plate. The lady at the reception told me to wait, then started talking to other staff, and finally just told me to go to the restaurant and ask them myself. This felt really rude and dismissive. As a paying guest, I expected better hospitality and more respectful service. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves staff behavior.
