SG Astor Garden Hotel All Inclusive

This place is breathtaking! We loved the wonderful atmosphere, design, and customer service. There was a lot of variety in the breakfast options, and everything was so delicious! We also loved the desserts at the lobby bar. This definitely became one of our favorite places that we plan to visit again in the future. Thank you for the unforgettable experience!

Very nice hotel with really attractive gardens. Great location for the beach. The hotel spa was good and indoor pool very relaxing. Our room was spacious, very clean with a lovely power shower. The Breakfast buffet is good with plenty of choice, but could be improved with better coffee and hot drink facility, as had to queue each day at one machine while another 3 were left switched off. The evening meal facility is not worthy of a 5 star hotel with limited choice and no drinks included, not even water or juice offered, so i would strongly recommend only booking breakfast and not half board.

Maybe not 5 stare, as they have to improve the services, waitters, cleaning. The rooms are large and comfy, but some maintaing is a must, the minifrige is leaking, the showers are leaking, the carpets on the floors is extremly dirty and spotted in the rooms is ok, but ouț in the hallway...not. The staff also need some more training in custumer service (the ones in the restaurant). The beach umbrellas are very small, don't offer any shade at all, the pool is nice, the sunbeds at the pool very good. The food is tasty, breakfast and dinner. The spa....i would not call it a spa is like for 5 people, very small pool, very, very small sauna. Of course you have acces at the Aquahouse that is very big....but very busy.
