Fantastic and relaxing stay. The staff is amazing. I coordinated with the manager Daniel who was very helpful and professional. Gloria and Maribel were so lovely, made us feel so welcomed, and treated my partner and I like family (thank you both so much and all the best to you!). I met another manager briefly, Carolina, who was also wonderful. Loved our room with very comfortable bed and the best part was the jacuzzi which gets nice and hot and they supply bubbles. Breakfast each day was delicious. The location is remote, which is to be expected and not a problem, but you’ll need a car if you want to go anywhere - although the staff did go above and beyond to have motorcycle taxis take us to the bus station one day when we wanted to go into town for lunch which was a fun adventure! I came here after a week in Medellin and I loved getting out of the city and experiencing something new. So glad I did and highly recommended for a relaxing and romantic retreat.
What a wonderful and relaxing place. The staff was amazing and they went above and beyond to make sure that we had a pleasant stay, the room was beautiful, clean and peaceful. The food as amazing, and again, the service surpassed all expectations. We cannot wait to go back to this peaceful retreat!
The place is incredible. The architectural design of the cabins is very well thought out down to every detail. The spaces are extremely pleasant, and the food is delicious. The service from the staff was 10/10. A place to recharge and relax. Highly recommended!
