Shadow Boutique Hotel & Spa

I was here for about a week. The people were super nice and very helpful. I want to address a couple of things in the reviews. The rooms were clean. They only clean once a week, but I have no doubt if I asked they would have cleaned more. The breakfast was great with fresh fruit and pastries they make each morning. There is also yogurt, cereal, meats and cheese. The parking lot is small, but I did not have a car, so it didn’t make any difference for me. I sat outside each day and enjoyed the sounds of the city. I walked around the area and felt safe. The halls are a bit dark but I think it is more of the colors and that the lights are on timers to save electricity. I didn’t have any issues with this. Overall, it was everything I needed. Thank you for the great stay.

If I could put more stars for service I would ! Mihail the owner is a top lad. Always here for you. There is nothing he wouldn’t do to help his customers. Rooms are nice, location is good, taxis are cheap so you can get around easily. He speaks fluent french. Thanks Mihail for making our stay Easy. The French Team

We usually come to Shadow just to swim and sunbathe, so I cannot say anything about the rooms as we don’t stay over the night. Administration of the hotel is super friendly and helpful. The pool is really cool, it’s not big, but it’s deep and if you want to chill without leaving the city, it’s a perfect place to go. The only thing is food. First of all it usually takes too long to wait for the order even when the place is empty. Then one of the ladies that you can find in the restaurant is really rude and it looks like she just hates her job. Last time when we were trying to order food for 4 people, she was paying no attention to us standing and waiting for her and she was just walking around the restaurant pretending not to see us. Then when she finally decided to talk to us, she asked “что вы хотите?» in a really rude manner. Once we ordered pizza and two portions of gyros, she said it will take 2 hours to be cooked. So we ended up ordering food delivery from glovo.
