Ohh well, if you gonna rent here, be careful. The electric bills is so expensive, studio rooms for 2 people, no TV, normal 9-5 workers. RM300+. The pool is nice, the parking is not bad for our rental, parcel theft do exist, so does food can be stolen as well. TLDR: Expensive electric bills, nice pool view

Complaint About Disturbing Stay in Room 9-13A – Ghost House I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the room I recently stayed in at your property — Room 9-13A. The experience was deeply uncomfortable and, quite frankly, disturbing. Even before entering the room, I could feel something was off — the atmosphere had a strange and unsettling energy. Room 9-13A was located as the second-to-last unit down the corridor. I didn’t think too much of it at first, as it was only meant to be a short stay. However, once we lay down to rest, things quickly became abnormal. The air conditioner wasn’t cooling properly, and then suddenly, it shut off by itself. My roommate and I were stunned. The remote control was untouched, clearly placed in front of the TV — which made the situation even more suspicious. We turned the air conditioner back on, but shortly after, water started flowing in the bathroom — as if someone had turned on the tap. The mini fridge also began making strange noises, despite being completely empty. These unexplained events made us feel extremely uneasy. It was clear to us that the room had issues beyond the physical — we genuinely believe there was something spiritually unclean about it. We rushed to take a quick shower and checked out immediately. We paid RM60 for this room, but the experience was unacceptable — it felt like we were placed in a haunted room.
