I had a truly memorable stay at Shah Palace in Baku and would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to both the housekeeping team and the reception staff. The housekeeping team, led by the wonderful Mrs. Konul, maintained the rooms to an impeccable standard — everything was always spotless, fresh, and thoughtfully arranged. Mrs. Konul’s leadership and attention to detail are clearly reflected in the care and dedication of her team. Equally impressive was the reception staff — always welcoming, professional, and ready to assist with any request. Their warm hospitality made check-in and every interaction smooth and pleasant. Together, these teams made my stay exceptionally comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you all for your outstanding service!

Hello. Welcome to Baku it’s best location wise to stay as near to Nizami street and boulevard and flames. It’s basically situated well access to road in old town of Baku. But their service are not great as per price and staff on reception is but rude. I really like to appreciate their restaurant manager very kind sweet and humble .

Charming, yes, beautiful yes, luxurious, NO! Breakfast:just ok, staff only the girl with glasses is professional and welcoming. Receptionists are friendly, helpful and speak good English. One elevator didn't work for 3 days. I hope IF we give it a second chance, they will redeem themselves.
