Shahpura Haveli

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shahpura Haveli. The overall experience was excellent. The property is well-maintained, and the staff is genuinely hospitable. Satveer was exceptionally kind and attentive to all our needs. The farm experience, from the high tea to the horse ride for the kids, was truly memorable. Abdul ensured the horse riding was both safe and enjoyable. Shahpura Haveli is an outstanding property, and we highly recommend it!”

The place was extremely beautiful. Our waiter Ravindra has been friendly and nice. The food was tasty and we didn’t wait a lot.

I’m currently on vacation in India. As someone living in the U.S., I was excited to introduce my daughter to Indian traditions and culture. We chose Shahpura Haveli, believing it would be an ideal place to experience the essence of Rajasthan. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what was promised on their website. There was no welcome upon our arrival, and the staff seemed disinterested and unmotivated throughout our stay. What was especially disheartening was witnessing a stark difference in how guests were treated—while we received no greeting, a group of foreign tourists who arrived the next day were given a grand, royal welcome. It was incredibly disappointing to feel overlooked and discriminated against in our own country. Despite their claims of being a five-star property, the service and overall experience didn’t even meet the standards of a three-star hotel. There are several shortcomings at the property, but what hurt the most was the biased treatment—especially when we had paid the same amount as the other guests.
