Shakespeare Motel

We stayed in many motels until we found this hidden gem. Managers ( Elly and George) were very friendly and supportive, they even gave us advice on where to have dinner at. All housekeepers were extremely friendly, always smiling at you, always willing to help. Our room was immaculately clean, linen was fresh and crispy, place is quiet, we felt safe. Thanks for the nice stay! Would recommend to all my friends and family.

We just done a brief over night stay but the staff are very friendly, kind and accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the bed was extremely comfortable. Was more than happy and great location. We'll definitely be coming again. Thankyou.

Travelled for business and stayed in Queen Studio Room. Great size bedroom with desk and well appointed power outlets. Very comfortable bed. If you are light sensitive, take an eye mask as the outside lights creep into the bedroom. Otherwise, I had a great sleep. Large lounge / dining area and kitchenette equipped with hot plates, microwave, fridge, cutlery, plates, bowls, cups & glasses for 2 people. Frying pan and saucepans provided. Large modern bathroom with excellent shower pressure, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower cap provided. Fluffy clean towels. Nice outdoor patio with views across the adjacent bowls club. Very clean rooms. Iron and ironing board provided. There was a musty smell when bedroom and kitchen cupboards were opened. Unable to smell when cupboards were closed though. This did not impact my stay, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Highly recommend staying at Shakespeare Hotel for business and leisure. I will stay again. Close to all amenities. Friendly staff.
