Shakti Hotel Bandung

During my recent stay at Shakti Hotel Bandung, I had a mixed experience. The staff was friendly and the food was good. However, the rooms, especially the bathrooms, were not as clean as I had hoped. There was dust, rust, and surfaces that were not spotless. This made the overall experience less comfortable. Things I liked: - The staff was always welcoming and helpful. - The menu was good. - Facilities: swimming pool & gym Things that could be better: - The rooms were not as clean as I had hoped. - The bathroom had stains, soap scum, and dust. Overall, Shakti Hotel offers good value for its facilities, but it needs to improve its housekeeping to meet the expectations of its guests.

stayed here twice, but honestly a bit disappointed with my second stay. but it was probably because i stayed at a cheaper room, but it is really different. if we're talking about the facilities then, everything's perfect on the presidential suite. but when i got the studio double type of room... tv is not working, no small fridge, no 'do not disturb sign', and one thing that gives me an ick... the shower is leaking so i couldn't shower.

I stayed here every time I needed to stay at Bandung because of its proximity to Tegalluar Whoosh Station. The place is decent, but the quality of the room seems to drastically differ based on which side of the building you are on?
