Shama Lakeview Asoke Bangkok

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It's in a very good location — close to everything I needed, including shops, restaurants, and public transport. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for convenience and a pleasant stay!

My family I recently stayed at Shama staying in a Lakeview studio king level 28. I have to firstly say thank you to all the staff who happily greeted us each day and farewelled us on our last day. We stayed 10 days in April 2025 Where do I start in my recommendation. Location - 10 to 12 min to terminal 21 mall and Asok BTS. The walk is interesting as you pass numerous cafes, restaurants. Grab and taxis easy pick up and drop off because of location. Shops - 7 eleven and Tops (supermarket in same street) for drinks, food etc. I do not recommend Lawson 108 convenient store in same building. They watched my every move as though I had stolen from them and they are very unfriendly each one of the staff. 7 eleven they said hello with a smile and even suggested a better item. Plenty of massage shops across from hotel Coffee club - I do not recommend. Slow service, unwelcoming, rude, ungrateful employees they should resign and give their job to someone who would appreciate to have a job. Thai’s are amazing loving people and you staff did not behave like Thai’s. You acted like entitled elite brats and yet you are adults. Worst service we have ever experienced. Room - balcony about 5.5m x 3.5 m with 180 degree view starting from Queen SiriKit National convention centre, over the lake with city views then towards terminal 21 mall. Day time and night time views spectacular. No traffic noise. The washing machine made our stay so much easier. Kitchen modern and beds perfect. Shower - unfortunately this needs sorting out as the shower curtain was so long we kept tripping on it in the shower, looks like no one measured and cut to length. The shower pressure is weak so if you have long hair be patient. We had shower over bathtub. Pool and gym - pool is big. So good for laps and many swimmers. Gym is modern and clean. Shout out to Baggage staff who were helpful, quick and friendly. Check in staff also helpful and friendly. Conclusion: I highly recommend this motel as being safe, value for money, clean, modern and with exceptional staff. Because of BTS and Grab service it is convenient to major tourist attractions and other fun locations like MBK mall, Siam Pargon, one Bangkok mall, ICONSIAM, international and domestic airport (both).

I have booked the lake view room and they have given me city view room . Also upon request ,we were told that we don’t have any other room available. We were forced to take the room as we were. Staying with our child. We had skipped break fast for 03 days and we had requested reception to change the coupons for next dates which they harshly refused. Even I extended my 04 days stays in same hotel and lake view room but given same room. Funny part was that the internet was down for 03 days and no back up for guests. It was so inconvenience specially to my son . If you go to reception areas internet was working fine. No access given to guests upon several request. Location is easily accessible to all near by tourists attractions. Outside coffee shops and message parlor were also cool. House keeping staff was very friendly and honest. Reception staff needs some more training on customer handling etc. I request Management to keep customer relationship Manager to record customer feedback and you should act on . We spend hard earned money for convenience comfort and relaxing not for stress. Honestly I am your disappointed customer
