The hotel is very nice. Delightful service staff. So provide excellent and delicious breakfast. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I wanted to Mink and Jay mention very good people who work in the hotel responsive and beautiful
Loved every moment during my 2-night stay in Shama yen akat. The location is a bit off from the main tourist attractions.However, with the brilliant team of Bank and Jay, it takes around 5 mins from the hotel to One Bangkok and 10 mins to Silom via its shuttle van service. There is a 24-hour Top supermarket, Starbucks, IGable cafe just around the corner. A newly-open luxury Spa house is located 5 mins walk from the hotel. The room is spacious with a huge bathroom and a small balcony (my room is facing hotel car park though). Feel like home away home.
The room exceeded our expectations and we were very impressed by the hotel facilities and kindness of staff. I really appreciate the 24hr concierge allowing us to check in when our flight flew in past midnight, and staff was always kind and friendly all time of day. Location of hotel was the best, quiet and near all the popular places to visit. Everything was great and I am looking forward to staying here again. The only thing that can be improved is the water pressure and temperature of the shower, as it constantly changes. Also, the wifi will sometimes disconnect randomly. All in all, the problems were very small, and we had a wonderful stay! Thanks to the staff for their amazing job!
