We recently stayed there and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable environment throughout our stay. The hotel staff, especially Luis and Lucas, were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Luis went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, from helping us download essential apps to recommending great places to visit. He was incredibly patient with all of our requests and really contributed to making our trip memorable. Lucas was also very attentive and supportive. However, our only negative experience was with the lifeguard at the swimming pool, who was unfortunately quite rude, which put a slight damper on our experience. The hotel’s location was convenient for visiting nearby attractions like Disneyland and the Wildlife Zoo, although it’s a bit far from the city center. All in all, we had a good stay and would recommend this hotel, especially if you’re planning to visit the attractions nearby.
Personal trip with my wife and daughter. The room was clean, spacious and modern! One key advantage of this hotel is its close proximity to Shanghai Disneyland (~10-15mins drive away). The main drawback is the relatively obscure location with few food options nearby. However, there is a convenience store within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again!
I can't believe this is considered a Marriott property. The rooms here are of lower quality, more aligned with a four points hotel. The worst part is the service, they don't seem to care about guests and are not willing to help at all. They make so many mistakes for elite members. The staff in the restaurants argue and curse in front of the guest without reservation. The food is terrible pretty much across the board. The facilities are always out of service, no hot tub, no steam room, no sauna, and you are not allowed to swim if you don't wear those China caps. The location is in the middle of nowhere, you will have to take a taxi just to get to the metro station. A very disappointing Marriott Hotel.
