Pros: 🔻 Large rooms 🔻 Decent breakfast buffet 🔻 ATM & Currency exchange machine in the lobby Cons: 🔻 Front desk is always slammed and as a result, pretty rude. 🔻 Rooms smelled like smoke 🔻 TERRIBLE location - pay extra to be actually close to The Bund. I felt really far off from the city action & sometimes would pay 100RMB to get to and fro (each way) to The Bund.

I m don't hope to accuse wrong people (Housekeeping). Please kindly check and revert back to me. I m feel very unhappy with this kind of service. Only a small bag also your hotel want to keep it?
The food is not very tasty. A room with broken furniture. Half of the lights in the room do not work. The refrigerator is broken. Television is only Chinese.
