1. The hotel's location leaves much to be desired; it’s situated in a somewhat isolated area, with limited local amenities and minimal staff presence, making it feel quite removed from the hustle and bustle of the city. 2. The rooms are a mixed bag—while they are cleaned daily and of moderate size, they lack soundproofing, which means you can hear a significant amount of noise from neighboring rooms, compromising the overall comfort and privacy. 3. The breakfast offered was satisfactory, providing a decent start to the day, though nothing particularly memorable or elaborate. 4. In my opinion, this establishment falls short of the five-star rating it claims, as it requires several updates and renovations to truly meet that standard. 5. Although advertised as a smoke-free hotel, be prepared to encounter a lingering smell of smoke due to the air conditioning, as some guests ignore the policy and smoke indoors, leaving behind an unpleasant odor. 6. Additionally, the shuttle service to the airport is unreasonably high-priced, making transportation a significant added expense.

I recommend choosing a better hotel because they take a deposit and charge extra for laundry. They took around $400 extra just for these things, and you won’t get the service you expect. I hope you stay cautious. If you’re traveling from Australia to another country, like Shanghai in China, be careful and don’t lose your mone
